Julia is delighted to be invited to present our results in the field of electrocatalytic oxidation reactions and related analytical methods for characterising electrochemical capacitance properties at the session of the GDCh Division of Electrochemistry at the biennial meeting of the German Chemical Society.
We have arrived in Leipzig and are looking forward to ‘Rethinking Chemistry‘ at the biennial meeting of the German Chemical Society.
Chris is currently at the Engineering Thermodynamics department of the TU Ilmenau to get trained on the assembly and usage of microfluidic fuel cells for his in-depth practical in our research team.
Our educational video series on the basics of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy is now available online.
Julia shares her experience of what sustainability in research means by giving a talk and participating in a fish bowl discussion at the RUB Research School Science College.
We welcome our new in-depth-practical student Ajith.
We congratulate Philip Krämer on the successful defense of his master’s thesis and on his degree in Renewable Energy Technology at the TU Ilmenau. It was a great pleasure for Julia to support Philip as an external supervisor in his research on microfluidic fuel cells with Jörg König and Christian Cierpka from Engineering Thermodynamics.
Julia gladly accepted the kind invitation and spoke about the use of electrochemical methods for material synthesis and characterization at the Interdisciplinary Symposium for Women in STEM fields (ISINA).
