Best Paper Award at IWIS 2023

At the end of September, Sebastian presented our study on the meaning of real axis offsets of electrochemical impedance spectra at the International Workshop on Impedance Spectroscopy (IWIS) and received one of the Best Paper Awards (3^rd). The corresponding article in the conference proceedings is now available online at IEEE Xplore.

Julia is delighted to be invited to present our results in the field of electrocatalytic oxidation reactions and related analytical methods for characterising electrochemical capacitance properties at the session of the GDCh Division of Electrochemistry at the biennial meeting of the German Chemical Society.

Chris is currently at the Engineering Thermodynamics department of the TU Ilmenau to get trained on the assembly and usage of microfluidic fuel cells for his in-depth practical in our research team.

We congratulate Philip Krämer on the successful defense of his master’s thesis and on his degree in Renewable Energy Technology at the TU Ilmenau. It was a great pleasure for Julia to support Philip as an external supervisor in his research on microfluidic fuel cells with Jörg König and Christian Cierpka from Engineering Thermodynamics.
